Waste Paper Collection
FileBank supplies locked collection containers FREE OF CHARGE to your premises. Containers are lined with bar coded liner bags and securely locked so that waste materials can go in, but cannot be removed. If you’re not sure what to shred, click here for a helpful list.
Waste Paper Pick-up
At an appropriately scheduled time, fully bonded, uniformed FileBank Customer Service Specialists arrive at your premises. Your collection containers are unlocked and the full, bar coded liner bags are permanently sealed and removed.
Waste Paper Transport
Your files are securely transferred from your offices to FileBank’s Babaco Alarm equipped vehicles. The Babaco Alarm ensures that vehicles are perpetually locked and require a secure two-key system to access the cargo area. Once loaded, your materials are delivered to our secure shredding facility.
Waste Paper Destruction
Upon arrival at FileBank’s secure shredding facility, your documents are immediately destroyed in our state-of-the-art, Shredtech 5/8” cross-cut shredder. When the destruction is complete all of the shredded paper is recycled.
Path of Destruction Report
FileBank provides you with a certificate of destruction along with your invoice.
